Refreshing:
Recently had a renter who stayed a week at the house and during the stay they had a child that completely broke a new screen at the house.
Rather than simply hide it or fix it enough so that it would not be detected they contacted us and took full ownership of the issue and took care of it.
It was actually nice to work through the problem and get it taken care of in a timely and adult manner.
Things happen, we understand that but sometimes doing the right thing is not the easy thing.
Thank you renter and we would welcome you back again.
