🎉Happy New Year!🎉

We finished our year hosting guests from July 1st to December 31st with 26 reservations. All our guests were amazing and have left us 5 ⭐️ reviews! We made Premier Host status on VRBO on August 9th and Superhost status on Airbnb a couple of months ago but we’re officially given the status today! We finished out the year with some amazing reviews!

Words can’t describe how blown away we were by this place! I could not believe how clean it was! It was so clean it felt like we were the very first people to rent the house!! You could tell they have put in a lot of thought in all the details in the house! From the beautiful decor to honestly having everything you could possible need for a stay! There wasn’t one thing that we had to run out to the store or if we forgot to pack something, they had it right there! We cooked every night and man was that kitchen a dream! Dawn was so thoughtful with the welcome basket and even having a little set up for the dogs to make them feel right as home as well! She was quick to respond and gave amazing recs for lunch! I honestly can’t stress how clean this place was!!! The Christmas tree and decor was put up which made our stay so cozy…We barely wanted to leave the house! We left some things behind after checking out and Dawn was super helpful with that! We will deff be coming back for sure!!!!!!"

Jim and I fell in love 💕 with this mountain 8 years ago when we went away for a weekend and decided to try a new mountain. We loved it so much we went back for our honeymoon in 2016!

⛄️Did you know Gunstock Mountain 🏔 is not privately owned. It is owned by Belknap County and gives a percentage of their profits back to the county to support the towns that are in Belknap County. The locals love this mountain and it shows. The one thing that really stood out to us was the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. ❤️
