Fully-equipped kitchen with brand new IKEA kitchenware and every appliance you'll need to prepare meals for your family - including blender, toaster oven, crock pot, grilling tools, griddle for morning pancakes - you name it, we have it! Cozy eat-in table, cute retro black/white checkered flooring and nice upgraded appliances, including brand new whisper quiet dishwasher. Don't forget about the amazing view from the window over the sink! Separate formal dining room with new rustic furnishings and seating for 8, buffet stocked with glassware for cocktails in the evenings, and separate slider out to wraparound deck with grill and wicker patio seating for 8. Large family room/living room combo with hardwood flooring, slider out to the main wraparound deck. Great hang out for the kids or for large groups to watch a game or have a movie night, or do some gaming. Sectional is comfortable enough for the kids to sleep on, giving them space (and their own floor!) to hang out separate from the adults. Sectional easily fits 3 and extra bedding is provided. Queen bedroom with sitting area includes cozy armchairs facing floor to ceiling windows ... a great spot for morning coffee or to snuggle up with a good book and watch the Mt Washington cruise by.
3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed and bunk beds, large closets and a telescope for star gazing. Upstairs shared bath has shower/tub combo, upgraded lighting and a fully stocked linen closet. Our home was recently remodeled (January 2017) with new paint, brand new carpet in bedrooms (solid surface flooring everywhere else) and new furnishings, bedding and kitchenware. It has everything you'll need for a relaxing Lake getaway any time of the year, whether you're a winter person or prefer the Lake in summertime! House has two car garage, 24/hour on-call property manager/handyman and all the comforts of home. All bedding, linens and towels (including beach towels) are included in your rental.
