Essential Job Functions

First point of contact to assist with all aspects of computer/network hardware and communications support.
Provide primary technical support for CU*BASE GOLD, CU*Answers eDOC ASP Solution and related hardware.
Provide primary technical support for Managed Services technologies, including firewalls, servers, and routers.
Assist on core product implementation projects such as CU*Answers eDOC ASP new client installations and CU*Answers conversions.
Assist on network implementation projects such as domain migrations and firewall installs.
Perform daily and weekly administrative and maintenance tasks on client hardware.
Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Client Support and Operations Team, and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing) and essential server administration (Active Directory user/group management, Exchange mailbox creation).
Strong desktop support skills, including Windows XP and Windows 7.
Ability to travel to client sites to provide support, including overnight and weekend stays.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
Ability to perform technical support duties for CU*BASE hardware and software support.
Ability to create technical product documentation for hardware/software installations, troubleshooting techniques and problem resolution.

CU*Answers is working with our Network Partner Xtend to hire a Bookkeeping Specialist.

The Bookkeeping Specialist is responsible for providing bookkeeping support to multiple Credit Union clients on a daily basis. This position will also encompass future services developed by Xtend, that pertain to general ledger balancing.

The SRS Bookkeeping Specialist is seeking an team-oriented individual who performs with a high level of detail, while being able to handle several task at one time.

Essential Job Functions

Provide day-to-day bookkeeping services for credit unions based off of the daily run sheets and policy and procedures.
Provide end of month services for the credit unions such as creating the EOM balancing book and closing the general ledger for the month.
Perform extra balancing projects for credit unions approved by team leader.
Take responsibility for increasing job knowledge, familiarity with credit union operations, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Xtend SRS team and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.

Job Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent is required.
Two year degree in a business -related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to work during off-hours to get daily procedures completed.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and respond well to deadlines.
