Transitioning through roles in upholstery, woodworking, and now excelling in fabrics, Amber's journey reflects her versatility and dedication.

Irwin isn't merely a workplace for Amber; it's a second family rooted in deep connections since her start in 2005. Surrounded by familiar faces, she's cultivated a wealth of knowledge and versatility, becoming an indispensable team member.

Amber's expertise extends beyond the cutting table, where she's spent nine years perfecting the process of fabric placement and cutting. Whether it's quoting new projects or meticulously laying out fabrics, her management skills ensure a seamless workflow through each fabric's lifecycle at Irwin.

Beyond her professional prowess, Amber's creativity shines through her crafting endeavors, both at work and at home. Whether she's operating what feels like the world's largest Cricut at Irwin or crafting personalized gifts on her Cricut at home, her attention to detail mirrors her meticulous approach in every aspect of life.

Off-duty, Amber's boundless energy propels her into various endeavors, including supporting her children's sports activities. As she approaches her 19th anniversary, Amber's journey epitomizes dedication, family values, and the art of craftsmanship, serving as an inspiration to all.

Last week we had the privilege of working with Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Cedar Springs to build beds for local kids in need. With over 400 current applicants in the area, we are proud to say we were able to build 30 of the beds needed in just a few short hours. Thank you to our 52 volunteers who took the time to build these beds and make a lasting difference for local children. #GRIT runs deep here at Irwin. What does GRIT mean to us? It means lifelong learning, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Every day we work to not only serve our customers but also our people because we believe that everything we do is better when we do it together.

We are so excited to have this project completed at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City! Throughout the NBA off-season, we replaced over 13,000 Citation chairs and installed 20 signature rockers, 24 recliners, and several Versa Deck telescopic units with prestige chairs for venue versatility. Section by section our installation team took on the big task of replacing and installing the seats during a busy schedule of concerts, games, and other events. We are so proud of our teams for pulling it off! We cannot wait to see it enjoyed for years to come.
