The large family room space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining and has a new 65" Smart TV, suitable for movie night with the whole family, dining room with seating for 6 people, a bright & cheery living room and enclosed garage (with all sorts of coolers, beach chairs and floaty toys) plus a heated POOL & SPA with screened-in lanai and outdoor kitchen/bar ready for all sorts of fun! The home is spacious and offers multiple areas for dining & lounging. It is fully furnished and ready to occupy. Kitchen completely equipped to prepare and host a delicious dinner with kitchen table to accommodate 6 and kitchen island can seat 4. There is a pantry/utility room off the kitchen with a large capacity washer and dryer and plenty of space for food storage. Master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress, first guest bedroom has a queen pillow top bed and the second & third guest bedrooms have two twin size beds. Master bathroom offers a soaking tub and separate large shower stall. His and hers vanity sinks with large wall mirror.
