The Dunes house is right next door yet our unit is private and quiet. Easy peasy walk to the beach, shrimp tacos are but a 2 minute walk and a frosty drink is yours! Its also a quick 3 minute walk to tennis and pickleball, Alexanders fine dining, PD general store and breakfast hot spot, as well as golfing, kayaking, and bicycle rentals. You can really ditch the car - and be freeeeeeee!!!!

I'll be there thru November to remodel the master bath, do a super deep clean, update the kitchen, update the linens, and a whole bunch of other things...

Our moorings unit in palmetto dunes is updated and clean and I just redid the kitchen with all new plates and silverware and baking pans and all new pillows with a bunch of different kinds. It’s like a pillow buffet!!! 💤. We deep clean several times a year so when you show up -it’s pristine!!

Fresh pillows every single year - and I will personally launder all the bedding, deep clean the rugs and upholstery, wipe out every cabinet, and wash every single item in the kitchen. I'm replacing all the baking sheets, new cutting boards every 5 months, my husband cleans all the drains (yuck), and new sharp knives...and its all these little details that make your vacation feel amazing.... Whether you dine out or eat in We personally have a soft mattress, a medium one, and a firm one..so every sleeper can find a place to relax!
