We have have been busy this off-season at The Seascape to freshen up the interior and exterior of the house. We added a new king and new queen bed into the house as well as some new bedding and brought some new life to the kitchen cabinets and added a new beach cart and beach chairs..............

Why Second Row? A 4 year veteran of vacationing on Holden Beach states it great......

Our family has been vacationing at Holden Beach for 4 years. We've been very happy with 2nd Row homes. Quick access to the beach and lots of people watching. We've also enjoyed staying at homes on the Canal. We didn't find it loud at all. Very nice to sit in the back and see the boats come and go. Plus our kids could get on their floats in the water. Holden Beach is a very quiet, family oriented place. Anywhere you stay will be peaceful. Enjoy your stay.
