We had a cancellation for 4th of July week in unit 2. Chose your day to check in and out but must be 7 night minimum. Have a blast with us in our parking lot for mimosas and the Privateers parade. It's a soaking wet fun time!

We got these Designated Water Watcher lanyards from West Manatee Fire District to leave in each unit. Each family or group designates one adult to be responsible for the kids so that they know WHO is supposed to be paying attention at ALL times. Ask for them when you get your inspection.

It's that time of year again! 🎃👻🍬
Time for ghosts, goblins, monsters, and tricks or treats! The Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the annual "TRAIL OF TREATS". This super fun event will kick off at the AMI Chamber of Commerce, 5313 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach on Tuesday, October 31st.

A costume contest for ages up to 11 will be judged promptly at 4:00 pm and participants should plan to check in at the Chamber at 3:30 pm. We will have four age groups for the contest, with trophies awarded! After the judging and snacks, kids will have the opportunity to safely trick or treat at our area businesses in Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria.

Approximate timetable for trick or treating: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Overflow parking is available at Hancock Whitney Bank, 5324 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, then hop on the free trolley going north that picks up by Waterline Resort.

Park at Crosspointe Fellowship Church, 8605 Gulf Drive on the north end of Holmes Beach and ride the free, dedicated trolley that will be shuttling people directly from the church parking lot to the City Pier at the end of Pine Avenue. This trolley will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Park at Manatee Public Beach or Coquina Beach and ride the free trolley north to the festival.

From the mainland, take the #3 city bus, which runs from Walmart on SR 64 (Manatee Avenue) all the way to Manatee Public Beach (with numerous stops on Manatee Ave). At Manatee Public Beach, take the free trolley north to the festival. There will be multiple trolleys running on the island to assist the attendees. Some neighborhood street parking is available – be sure to read the signs that indicate where parking is permitted, park with all 4 tires off the roadway and sidewalks, and park with the direction of the traffic.

Happy Easter to everyone! We have had beautiful weather and no red tide the past few weeks. John 3:16-17. Beautiful Day at the Beach

This was today (8-31-18) at Sycamore Ave beach access in Anna Maria. The water is still dark, but no coughing, dead fish, or smell. I stopped at Bayfront Park and it was the same. It should be a great Labor Day week end! The Sandbar Restaurant is going to have fireworks for Labor Day! We still have openings in all 4 units Sept. 8-15!

We actually went to the beach today, just down the beach access from Harbor Lane Court. Beautiful, but hot. Tis' the season for seaweed, too, but the county is usually good at raking it up in the mornings. Look at that water; clear and calm, and you can't beat the sugar white sand!
