Michelle said her an the family hasn’t been fishing in years. So we had to change that! We spent some time this morning knocking the rust off learning to cast and proper techniques working artificials for sea trout. The progress throughout the day was awesome and we had a blast! Can’t wait to go again with this crew!

With scallop season in session bring this to your next party!
Wild West Hot Crab/Scallop Dip

- Ingredients 1lb crab, fresh scallops diced up, green onion, lemon, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, dales or Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic powder, old bay and shredded cheese!

1 - Add softened 16 oz cream cheese, 4 table spoons of mayo, 3/4 cup sour cream, diced green onion, 1 table spoon dales or Worcestershire, fresh lemon juice into a bowl an blend up.
2 - Add crab meat with Old Bay, garlic powder, hot sauce of your choice to taste, shredded cheese and blend.
3 - Place In fridge. Get a pan hot and sauté diced scallops in butter/garlic.
4 - Add scallops to bowl/blend
5 - Place into glass cooking dish - top with cheese and Old Bay.
6 - Bake at 325 for around 15-20min untill top is golden brown!

Great finger food/cracker dip, baked potato topping, topped/stuffed fish fillets - options are endless!

Our favorite time of year is approaching quickly! 🐊Aug 15th is the start of the 2023 gator season. We have multiple tags in a few areas with dates available for a fully guided alligator hunt and potentially a hunt of a lifetime!
