The King's Festivities Road or Rams Road is 1.7 mile long and about 250 feet wide avenue, which connects Karnak Temple with Luxor Temple, have been uncovered in the ancient city of Thebes, with sphinxes and ram-headed statues lined up on both flanks.
Construction of the Rams Road began during the New Kingdom and was completed during the reign of the Thirtieth Dynasty ruler Nectanebo I (380-362 BC), but the road was buried under layers of sand over the centuries.
The first trace of the road was found in 1949 when Egyptian archaeologist Zakaria Ghoneim unearthed eight statues near Luxor Temple, with another 17 excavated from 1958 to 1961 and 55 excavated from 1961 to 1964 - all within a circumference of 250 metres.

Giza Governorate is one of the governorates of Egypt. Its capital is the city of Giza, which was established in the year 20 AH with the Islamic conquest of Egypt. Giza governorate is one of the three governorates of Greater Cairo, along with Cairo and Qalyubia governorates.

It is one of the ancient cities that was established at the time of the Muslims’ conquest of Egypt, and Yaqoot said in Mu’jam Al-Buldan: Giza in the Arabic language: its meaning is the valley or the best place in it. A city behind the column (meaning the Nilometer), the road to it was from the island on a bridge, until the Fatimid Caliph cut it

The history of Giza goes back to the oldest times, as it contains the remains of the city of Memphis or Memphis, the first capital of the Egyptian state after the unification of its two countries at the hands of Narmer. Luxor Giza remained the hub of convergence between northern and southern Egypt.

In the Islamic era, Giza occupied an important position due to its proximity to the Islamic capitals of Egypt, such as Fustat, Al-Qata“, and then Cairo.

In the modern era, the first modern Egyptian university was built in it when Prince Fatima Ismail gave land to build the university, which was called Fouad I University and now it is Cairo University, the largest Egyptian university.

Since the opening of its international airport in 2001, Marsa Alam has become a great Red Sea destination for diving enthusiasts. Nestled between sea and desert, the town offers all kinds of accommodations, ranging from upscale comfort establishments with complete Western amenities to Bedouin-inspired eco-lodges. Dive sites accessible from Marsa Alam number among the most attractive in the Red Sea for experienced divers. Healthy coral reefs and the wide range of underwater wildlife such as dugongs and dolphins are the principal draw factors of Marsa Alam. For less experienced divers, in-shore coral reefs are the ideal location for hours of marine wildlife watching. The new Port Ghalib Marina at Marsa Alam added to the location a very exclusive standing, with its luxurious hotels, resorts and berthing space for about 1000 yachts. The newly built marina offers some of the best relaxation and entertainment options on the Red Sea coast, including gourmet restaurants and tantalizing Spas. Additionally the resort houses the International Convention Centre, the only multipurpose state-of-the-art centre of its size on the Red Sea. The centre offers a meeting space of 1,950 sq. m. that is capable of hosting all events from full scale conventions of 2,000 delegates to informal small size meetings. Marsa Alam is also a world-renowned kite surfing destination, and an ideal starting point for safaris and wilderness exploration. Philae Island, is an island in the middle of the Nile River and is one of the strongest forts along the southern borders of Egypt, separating the Nile into two opposite channels in Aswan.

The name Philae or Philae goes back to the Greek language, which means (beloved) or (grains), and the Arabic name for it is Anas Al-Wujud in relation to the legend of Anas found in the stories of the Thousand and One Nights. The ancient Egyptian and Coptic name is Bilak or Bilakh, which means the limit or the end because it was the last frontier. Egypt in the south. The worship group was dedicated to the worship of the goddess Isis, but the island contained temples to Hathor, Amenhotep and other temples.

This temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was flooded by the waters of the Nile, was divided and reassembled in a new location on the island of Agilika, about 500 m from its original place on the island of Philae. Egypt was a prosperous part of the Roman Empire. It became really rich and several new cities were built in it. One of the most famous facilities in Egypt in the Roman era is the so-called Pharaoh’s bed, i.e. Trajan’s kiosk. This monument was built on the island of Philae by Trajan, the Roman ruler.
A large number of temples were erected on the island of Philae, perhaps the oldest of those temples dating back to the reign of King Thutmose III (1490-1436 BC). In the fourth century BC, King Nakht-Nabf (378-341 BC) built a huge temple, and after him, Ptolemy Philadelphia (3rd century BC) built his great temple, then many Ptolemaic kings and Roman governors followed him until the island of Philae was crowded with temples. The most famous of them is the one called "Pharaoh's Bed". There are also a large number of statues of the kings of ancient Egypt above the island of Philae.

The temples of Abu Simbel are considered one of the most important tourist attractions in Aswan. The temples are currently west of Lake Nasser, the largest artificial lake in the world, but that was not the original site of the temples, as the Nile River flooded that site after diverting the river during the construction of the High Dam. UNESCO supported the countries of the world in the direction of these temples in the direction of the present West.

These temples were built by King Ramses II in 1244 BC, the great temple of him, and topped by 4 huge statues of the king, and its age represents the king's sons, his wife, and his mother. Tourism in the face of the King's statue in the Holy of Holies Tourism on the King's birthday and the day of his coronation on the throne.

As for the small temple, it is dedicated to Queen Nefertari, the wife of King Ramses, and to the worship of the gods, and its design is similar to the design of the large temple. The network of these temples is a picture of the greatness of the ancient Egyptians and their abilities in design and implementation, a masterful engineering that remains a mystery that baffles scholars until now.

El Gouna
is an Egyptian tourist resort, dating from 1989. It is located on the Red Sea in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt, 20 kilometres (12 miles) north of Hurghada. It is part of the Red Sea Riviera, and a host city of the El Gouna Film Festival.

El Gouna has 10 kilometers of coastline and consists of 20 islands surrounded by lagoons. The town is 25 kilometers away from the Hurghada International Airport, but the city also has its own private airport. El Gouna is also known for being Egypt's greenest city, being the most environmentally-friendly town in all of Egypt.

El Gouna buildings were designed by many influential European and American Architects to resemble the Traditional Rural Egyptian Architecture like those found in the Egyptian Countryside and Nubian villages. El Gouna specializes in water-sports, including scuba diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, parasailing and snorkelling. There are several beaches: including Zeytuna Beach located on its own island, Mangroovy Beach, Moods Beach and other hotel beaches. A network of canals allows many houses to have their own strip of beach, even hundreds of meters inland. Most of these canals are crossed by small stone bridges.

There are three main areas in El Gouna, Downtown, Tamr Henna Square and the Abu Tig Marina .

There are 18 hotels (some of which were designed by the American architect Michael Graves) with 2,895 rooms rated from three star to five stars. In addition to a six-star hotel called La Maison Bleue located next to the Abu Tig Marina Extension.

Golf course El Gouna 2012.
El Gouna hosts a golf course designed by Gene Bates and Fred Couples. A second golf course real estate project, Ancient Sands Golf Resort, designed by acclaimed golf course architect Karl Litten, was opened in 2012.

The town also houses a small museum with some 90 exhibits (including statue replicas and an exhibition hall of contemporary Egyptian paintings by Hussein Bikar) which opened in 1996.

Other attractions and activities around town include a small aquarium, a go-kart track, a paintball arena, tennis courts, horse stables and a football stadium. The local football team El Gouna FC currently plays in the Egyptian premier league. It also has a Mosque and a Coptic Church, the Church of St. Mary and the Archangels.

The Nile enters Egypt a few kilometers north of a Sudanese town called Wadi Halfa through a narrow canyon that traverses sandstone and granite cliffs. The northward flowing direction of the river has thus earned Egypt’s southern border the name “Upper Egypt.” Within this stretch of the Nile is the world’s most intensive concentration of temples, tombs and palaces constructed over the span of 4,000 years. This includes the temples of Abydos, Dendara, Karnak, Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Philae and Abu Simbel, each conceived for their respective deities, further to the tombs in the Theban Necropolis within the Valley of the Kings across the river from Luxor. Absorbing the river-scape from the comfort of a felucca (small sail boat) is the epitome of pleasure, relished by locals and non-locals alike. This is easily arranged in Aswan, and larger Nile cruise boats can provide an even more luxurious experience. As this river continues to flow upwards past major cities and temples, it begins to branch out into a flower-shaped formation known as the Nile delta, covering 240 km of the Mediterranean coastline. Home to 39 million people, this is Egypt’s most agriculturally rich land with some of the most beautiful, soul-rejuvenating nature Egypt has to offer.

Nile River

Flowing 4,258 miles from south to north, the Nile is the longest river in the world. It spans eleven countries, including Tanzania, Uganda, and South Sudan, but it is widely regarded as the epicenter of Egypt. With an average annual precipitation of around one inch in most of the country, the Nile River is Egypt’s only real water source. It comes as no surprise that most of the country’s major cities and historic sites—from Cairo to Luxor—grew up along its fertile banks. South of Luxor, the river’s lush banks are lined by palm-fringed villages, ancient temples, and granite quarries whose stones were used to build almost all of ancient Egypt’sAlong with Nile’s life-giving waters, the river also serves as a major transportation route, particularly when the basin and surrounding roadways flood. While it’s common to see motorized barges today, the traditional mode of transportation is the felucca. With its simple wooden hull and single crescent-shaped sail, these graceful vessels have been zigzagging along the Nile for millennia.
