We are proud to facilitate Calvary South OC's current journey to Greece and Rome, led by Pastor John Randall. Over 90 travelers began their tour in Athens with a visit to the astonishing ancient Acropolis!

As tourism begins to return, the uniquely quiet atmosphere around these biblical sites has allowed for even greater introspection and reflection.

A truly enriching first two days for the Hope For Our Times | March 2024 Israel Tour! Beautiful views from atop Mt. Carmel, the water's edge at Tabgha & a wooden boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. It is our privilege to be able to facilitate these life-changing experiences!

After many months of planning, organizing and praying, we are elated to have a tour group returning to Israel! Our Tour Coordinator, Bill Forliano, touched down prior to the group's arrival with the aim to more fully grasp the impact of the October 7th events.

Here at Tkuma, near the Gaza Strip border, we meet an IDF soldier named Adam. Tkuma houses a makeshift automobile graveyard of over 1650 vehicles, each symbolizing lives affected or lost in the unprovoked attack against Israeli citizens that morning. Adam details the work being done here.

We ask for continued prayers for Israel, and we look forward to sharing more from the Hope For Our Times group's travel in the Holy Land!

A lesser-known consequence of war is the neglect of domestic agriculture and industries the like, as citizens are either displaced or enlisted in military service. This situation presents one of many significant examples of opportunity to support and care for the people of Israel in the coming months.

The Madison team was so blessed to see how our friends and partners in Israel are already engaging in serving these needs.

We encourage pastors to reach out to us as we create impactful ways to visit and assist the country in the early part of the next year.

Despite the immense sorrow brought by war, it also offers a chance to act as compassionate emissaries, embodying the spirit of service and kindness in the times ahead.

In this powerful moment, members of the IDF stand united, linking arms to form the Star of David - a symbol of strength, resilience, and unwavering unity. Each connection represents the bonds that tie all Israelis together and the enduring spirit of God’s people.

As we continue to watch these dark events unfold, our deepest sympathies go out to those impacted, their families & loved ones. We stand by all of the incredible soldiers, security forces and civilians who are living through this nightmarish period. We truly admire their unshakable perseverance and grit.

To our current tour leaders and participants, we extend our sincere appreciation for your patience during this challenging time. Currently, the Madison team is prioritizing assistance for our travelers who had planned itineraries for this week. Please be assured that our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our tour members.

We encourage all to remain steadfast in prayer for the peace of Jerusalem and a prompt resolution to the present conflict.

Our hearts go out to the beautiful island of Maui and the town of Lahaina as they begin the process of recovery from these immeasurably devastating fires.

Spectacular find! A teenage volunteer discovered a 1,600-year-old gold bead made by hand in Jerusalem's City of David. During an excavation on the Pilgrimage Road, the 18-year-old saw something shiny in the corner of her strainer. What a surprise to discover a tiny piece of history in the rubble!
