The birds at Birds-I-View were included in the Christmas Bird Count today as part of River Bluffs Audubon Society city wide count. By 1:00 we had 156 birds and 17 species. The birds below are some of our birds in the count.

Busy Yellow-bellied Sapsucker!
We were fortunate to see THREE of these birds in one Sweet Gum Tree ...all busy, working away. Good to see them again. (Yellow-bellied Sapsucker---this one is a young one)
It's the Cardinals vs. the Turkeys this morning at the Runge Conservation Nature Center in Jefferson City, MO!! OK....the Cardinals birding TEAM vs. the Turkeys birding TEAM (so named because of the first species each team saw this morning).
