We are excited to announce condo #3! In February we closed on and remodeled our 3rd condo! This new condo is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo right next door to our 1st condo! And this condo probably has the best ocean views of all!!! We can now host your group of up to 16 with all 3 condos! Or make it a couples trip and grab your spot at our new place. Availability is filling up fast!

We made it! After some long flight delays, we made it last night! The floors are 😍 and the paint job looks fantastic. Now the fun begins! We will be spending the next week replacing basically everything else in the condo 🙂.

Bathroom showers are done. Flooring will be done tomorrow followed by baseboards later this week!!! Painters start at the end of the week and once they finish, we will be on our way to work on the rest!!!

Now that I have had a few days to recover from my jet lag 😜, I thought I would give a little update on Pineapple Paradise 2.0! We took our kiddos with us for Spring Break and managed to get a few updates done on the original palace as well as get the ball rolling on our big renovation. We managed to get rid of EVERYTHING (almost missed our flight getting that couch out!) and met with what seemed like 100 contractors. The bids have started rolling in and things are lining up! Next up - new bathroom showers and tubs!!!

Doing a mini rehab on our beach goodies closet at our main condo. Painting in the new place since we aren't staying there yet.

I may have lost my glasses to a boogie boarding incident yesterday so my Dad took over the painting. Vacation Tip: Don't wear your only pair of glasses boogie boarding at Paia Bay 😂.

Kam beaches are beautiful but to me, nothing beats the quiet Sugar Beach (right across the street)! Other than a few joggers and strolling couples, we have had the beach completely to ourselves everyday!!!

My kids couldn't wait to hit the beach the minute the sun came up. This is just across the street from Pineapple Paradise Maui - 90 second walk!!!!
