Unusual cloud formations caught my attention today. The clouds were fluffy, close, and radiant. My boys even noticed and admired their beauty, just like I did. I believe these clouds symbolize the souls we lost in the fires a year ago, giving us a comforting embrace on this difficult day.

Mahalo nui loa for all of my awesome past guests for checking in with me to see how my family is and if we are safe. Your encouraging words, prayers, and love are so incredible to hear.

We are safe, and so grateful to be able to say so. North Kihei where the Oasis is located is still safe. Our home in Pukalani is also safe.

My sisters house was close to catching on fire in Kula, about 1000 yards or so, but it weathered untouched. She is without water supply until the lines are fixed. Helicopters are still currently dropping water on hotspots that are underground nearby.

Our nephew, Michael, and his beautiful wife Andreza have lost everything from the Lahaina fire. Any donation you could make would be greatly appreciated for them.

There are so many who have lost everything. Much love to you all and healing prayers for our island.

Worth the visit to see right now!

Hey gang, Keith wants you to know that the blooming silversword at the summit of Haleakalā is starting to really get serious about its flower stalk! He says it smells like magic and has a 20 inch spiky base with an over three-foot flower stalk. This plant will bloom only once in its life, so it’s giving that event everything it’s got. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

It has come to my attention that someone by the name of Philip is impersonating me and has been posting my property on Craigslist with my pictures he has stolen from my VRBO listing.

He has it listed for $150.00 a night. You can barely book a condo for this price!!!!!

Folks, if you made it here, and you can read this, please, please, please don’t book vacation rentals on Craigslist! Stop looking there!
