A quick note to those of you following our page that we sold this property in Kissimmee, FL. We had a wonderful experience renting it for short term vacations through Airbnb and VRBO. We were thrilled to find out that we didn't just end up buying some swampland in Florida. Buying property sight unseen was scary, but we felt very comfortable with our realtors - Scott and Wendy Pagano in Orlando. The property was exactly as they described and there weren't any surprises - well, actually there were, but they were all good. I'll share some of those soon.
We had a few repairs to take care of - Ron worked his magic to spruce up the place while I played at Disney (What a sweet man!!)

We've heard from our property management. It seems as if we had none to minimal damage to our townhouse. So thankful, but we realize millions of people in Florida, the Caribbean, and others affected by Irma can't say the same. Our thoughts and prayers are with the residents, the first responders and all the volunteers who are working to restore some semblance of normalcy to the area.

Mission: SPACE News

I'm anxious to ride this again. From what I've heard, the Green Mission will now have some elements of "Soarin' ", which is one of my favorite attractions. But they will have to do some serious persuading to ever get me to go on the Orange Mission again. I had to sit with my head between my knees for a few minutes afterwards! But I will miss Gary Sinise! :(

Hey all! It's Ron and Pam here - we've bought a townhouse in Orlando, just a few minutes to Disney World. We will be renting it out using a property manager to the general public, but we're able to give a little break to our friends if we make arrangements ourselves. It's got three bedrooms, two and a half baths, fully outfitted kitchen and dining room, full sized washer and dryer, four flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, in a gated (with live attendant 24/7) community with resort-quality swimming pools, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, nature trails, fitness center, and game room all within easy walking distance.
