1914 Square Feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, private splash pool, sleeps 6-10 comfortably. We are delighted to showcase our Paradise Palms Villa. Please view the photos and list of amenities provided to enhance your stay. We have decorated our townhome with high quality, aesthetically pleasing furniture for your pleasure. The kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is ceramic tile throughout the main floor and in each bathroom. The bedrooms are fully carpeted. The living room has comfortable seating and a 55" LED big screen TV with DVD/Blu Ray Player. The private lanai and splash pool are a perfect respite after a long day of having fun. We have comfortable, outdoor furniture to enjoy while watching the kids splash in the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience. BEDROOMS
Each of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed. Every bedroom has its own flat screen 32" LED TV and DVD/Blu Ray player. An abundance of closet and dresser space is available. We have a double bunk bed for the kids.

• The couch in the living room is a double hide-a-bed.
• Bedroom 2 (Master) on the second floor has a king size bed.
• Bedroom 3 on the second floor has a king size bed.
• Bedroom 4 on the second floor has double sized bunk beds. BATHROOMS
The main floor bathroom, adjacent to bedroom 1, has a large shower, single basin and toilet. The master bedroom ensuite comes complete with a bath/shower combination, his and hers basins and a private toilet. The second floor bathroom, adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4, has a double sink vanity and a separate room with a large shower and toilet. KITCHEN
This large open plan kitchen comes fully equipped. Stainless steel appliances include a full size oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Small appliances are also provided as well as a complete array of cooking and eating utensils. The breakfast bar has a granite countertop and seats 4. The separate dining table easily seats 6-10. LIVING ROOM
This spacious living-room has ample seating to allow everyone to relax in style and enjoy the large format, 55" LED flat screen TV with DVD/Blu Ray Player. A Bose speaker is available to play from your portable devices. LANAI and SPLASH POOL
The south facing lanai with splash pool is completely enclosed. It has a large patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. A section of the patio is fully protected from the sun and has a ceiling fan. The splash pool has a children’s safety fence that is deployed when the pool is not in use. Heating of the pool is availalbe by request to the property manager for an additional fee. UTILITY CLOSET
The laundry closet is located on the second floor and has a full size automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. INFANT ACCESSORIES
