Our Target Audience will be those 18-81 living in the 250 mile radius of the resort. This includes central PA, Philly metro area, NJ, NYC metro area, DE, MD, and the DC metro area. We will provide a bus service to guests leaving from major metro areas, NYC, Philly, and DC. The Campground is easy to access off the turnpike for drivers.
