We own and rent out a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront home in Lincoln City.

We looked for two years before we found this house. We completely re-did everything, carpets, counter tops, furniture, fireplace, you name it. It's a very comfortable home. This is what Oregon Coast beach living is all about. Watch the winter storms roll through, or in summer, soak up the sun on the full length deck. There are open beamed ceilings, and a rock fireplace with fire wood. The living room, kitchen, dining, and master bedroom all overlook the ocean. There is a two car garage, parking for 5 cars total. The yard is fenced. There are movies, games, a computer with high speed internet access, a gourmet cook's cooking utensils, this house has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. Everyone who stays here raves about the house and many repeat book. House is in the north end of Lincoln City, so there is much less traffic. Only minutes from the Chinook Winds Casino, Safeway, shops, golf, fishing and great restaurants.
