We offer a three-year course of study through personal and professional development leading to certification as a teacher of the F. M. Alexander Technique.

Our course of study, based on Alexander’s principles, encourages individual creativity and exploration. You will develop a sophisticated level of awareness and refined experience of your natural coordination and functioning. ATI-LA offers Alexander Technique immersion for those who wish to become AT teachers or want a short-term deep dive.

Through the Provisional Interval, serious students can immerse themselves in studying the AT for five weeks at the Teacher Training Course. Five weeks of study provides tools ad experiences for long-term growth.
