Today the state of New Hampshire accepted Best Sailings application to register our trademark at the state level. We're very excited. Soon we'll file to have our logo registered on the national level with the United States patent and trademark office.

Today I've started the process to register my LLC (Best Sailings) in Florida. After that, I'll be able to apply for my seller of travel license in FL. Florida is one of 5 states that requires a seller of travel license in order to sell travel to Florida residents. I'm very excited. My license will open me up to a large portion of the Travel market in the US. Most cruisers are from FL because of their proximity to the cruise ports.
