Seeking a housekeeper for our vacation rental property in Manchester. We are looking for 1 housekeeper.
Start date: February 5th - I will help and show you how I like the beds made, etc.
Must be flexible, check out days vary. I typically will be able to give you a months notice of cleaning dates but we do have last minute reservations as well.
Duties include:
Laundry (Bedding & Towels)
Clean Entire Home (7 Bed/4 Baths, 1 Kitchen, 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, Hallways, Stairs, Recreation Room - 5,600 sq ft)
----Disinfect, Dust, Vacuum, Mop
Make Beds & Fold Towels (Hotel Style)
Empty Dishwasher, Clean Refrigerator, Clean Stove
Ensure Dishes/Furniture are in proper place & clean
Clean Patio/Grill Area
Restock Toilet Paper/Paper Towels
Trash/Recycle Bins
Wash Windows (when necessary)
Spot Clean Rugs (when necessary)
Text owner when you arrive/depart.
Text owner photos with any issues noticed (broken items, etc)
Available to check in/out guests or help when needed.
