I kind of make a roast beef salad 🥗
with the shaved roast beef.

olive oil and roasted garlic, and the little sweet pepper drops gave it a kick, 🌶️
Compari tomatoes 🍅

chopped up arugula with a little olive oil and vinegar ,

and garlic mayonnaise on a heated garlic toasted bun.

Done my way , I used roasted peppers 🌶️
Peppadew peppers with fresh Capri tomatoes 🍅 with cilantro 🌿 chopped red onions 🧅 roasted garlic 🧄
Cumin and a drizzle of hot red chili oil .

I made a cilantro, lime crème.

A simple seasoned smashed avocado 🥑

I toasted garlic butter , hollowed out bakery buns !

I bought the slow roasted pork at this fabulous Puerto Rican restaurant in Manchester..

Sunday snackin,

I mixed up some olive oil and vinegar and basil and chives and parsley, with roasted garlic and chopped tomatoes and roasted peppers, topped it off with a little mortadella on a little baguette slices 🇮🇹

So I did this thing with an organic whole lemon 🍋

I sprinkled with cinnamon and turmeric and cayenne.

I chopped up some fresh ginger and I puréed it all in my
vita mix.
Then I added a little maple syrup and purified water, and that’s my morning shot.

Healthy shot !!
