Our condo has an open floor plan to maximize the Sound views from living room, bedroom, kitchen, and dining areas. Our home away from home, was recently renovated with new living room and deck furniture, 65” Smart TV, new flooring and all stainless-steel kitchen appliances in 2022. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom, and we have a Keurig for your favorite cup of coffee or tea. There is no standard cable provided to guests.

The Master bedroom is sound-front with a King bed and en-suite bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and faces Rudder Canal where you have access to 25' dock space across the street in slip Rudder Canal #47. Free boat launch near Pirates Cove and off-site trailer parking is available, for a fee.

This condo is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off season rental is a 2-night minimum.

Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, sand volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor pavilion, and 4.2 miles of lighted dock… all of which is walking distance from this centrally located condo.

Onsite restaurant, Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi's Tiki Hut, are just a few minutes' walk away, along with Ships Store and the World Class Pirate's Cove Marina offering Charters for offshore/inshore and site seeing tours.
