The upstairs apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, a deck, and a kitchenette. We absolutely love sharing the little island of Matlacha with guests! The fishing is incredible, the people are friendly, and the environment is (to say the least) unique.

The Annual Matlacha Christmas Tree Lighting takes place Wednesday, Dec 14 at 6:00 PM in the lot between the Post Office and Blue Dog. We have our own Stephen Longest serving as DJ..whoop whoop!

It's that time of year again!!! Bert's Redfish Challenge is on Saturday September 17th, 2022!!! Come out and enjoy live music, raffles, and a silent auction!!! Tonight the Captains meeting will happen at 6:00P.M. in the bar. Tomorrow anglers will head out at 7:00 A.M., and meet back at Bert's at 4:00 P.M. Silent auction items will be out all day, so come in and make your bids. Raffles will start around 5:00 P.M. Come help us raise money for Bryson who is 3 years old, and born with a rare heart condition. The money raised will be utilized by Bryson's family to continue caring for Bryson and to take care of expenses related to his medical condition, and treatment!! We hope to see you all out here!! Thank you to all. Now who's ready to FISH, and HAVE FUN!!!!
