We are a group of women who want to help other women's businesses grow. We know it's by helping others that we help ourselves. A strong contact network, the Women's Spotlight Network meets every week with the primary purpose of sharing referrals among our members. Regular participation is very important so shared leads are as fresh as possible. Each meeting includes time for short business introdu
ctions by every member and longer presentations by two members on a rotating schedule. These speaking opportunities allow the network to learn what kind of leads help you most. You practice talking about yourself and your business, which quickly improves your public speaking and presentation skills. There's always time for personal conversations at network meetings. Some members have years of experience, while other have fresh approaches to share. Connect with members who are able to provide the counsel or encouragement you need. You'll soon find yourself sharing your own strengths with others.
