We have a Driver Direct Hire Position available in Milwaukee.

Shift:1st
Hours:7am-4pm
Pay:$19-$22 (Based on Experience)

Driver Requirements:
- Read carefully the products labels, warnings, and directions posted in the products and warehouse
- Complete inventory sheets
- Read invoices and orders
- Read and follow work schedules
- Enter number entries in loading sheets
- Look in the charts for the weights of forklifts that can carry and lift
- Must have a valid CDL
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned, operate hydraulic lift gates safely
- Secure cargo for transport, using wedges and straps; ensure safety when inspecting
- Drive trucks to weigh stations along routes, to comply with state regulations
- Use cellphones to exchange information with supervisors or other drivers; ensure hands free communication while operating vehicle
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance including adding oil, fuel, and radiator fluid, or performing minor repairs

QPS Milwaukee is hiring for a HVAC Technician in the St. Francis area!

•Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment (of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment) across 7 facilities, this includes roof top units.
•Perform trouble shooting and conduct repairs on all HVAC equipment as needed.
•Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including (but not limited to) thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, etc.
•Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.
•Advise Maintenance Department as to required parts and material inventory to support HVAC equipment.
•Operate a variety of hand/power tools and test equipment utilized in the trade.
•Coordinate with outside contractors to install new equipment.
•Support the maintenance department with various other facilities related maintenance as needed.

Qualifications
•1 -3-year experience with commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 ton.
•Standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade and theory of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
•Knowledge of the materials, methods, tools (manual and electric) and equipment applicable to the HVAC and refrigeration trade.
•EPA Certified.
•Ability to operate withing and Windows office environment and maintenance basic records/logs.

Immediate Blasting Technicians Needed in Milwaukee!
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $19.95-21/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• responsible for preparing and cleaning surfaces by blasting them with various types of abrasive materials such as sand, glass beads, and aluminum oxide.
• Operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting or coating
• Mix and adjust the air and abrasive flow in the blasting machine
• Load and unload materials to be blasted.
• Clean and maintain the blasting equipment and related tools
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working with the blasting equipment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work progress and any issues that may arise
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
• Covid Vaccination Card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in blasting or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the different types of abrasive materials and how to properly use them
• Familiarity with blasting equipment and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication skills

* Load and off load semi trucks with product and place them into staged areas using AS400-Based or PRMS system.
* Shrink wrap all Palletized finished product and load onto semi trucks.
* Pull and pack short orders while operating a sit-down electric forklift after trained and certified
* Handles all incoming and out going paperwork while using AS400-Based or PRMS system.
* Move materials from storage/warehouse to machines to keep machines producing product.
* Ensure inventory is maintained accurately, keep warehouse orderly, clean, and in good repair
* Ensure forklift is operating properly and inform supervisor of any issue
* Assist with packaging and with shrink wrapping of out going pallets
* Will be driving forklift 20% of the day

8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

General Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

Process Domestic and International shipments using various shipping software and systems such as UPS World Wide Ship software, FedEx online, and DHL. Prepares proper paperwork and documentation for International shipments.

Primary Duties:

- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments

Experience Required:

- Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Domestic, and INTL systems
- (Enterprise resource planning) ERP Experience
- Experience with Air and Sea Freight logistics and customs clearance
- Forklift a Plus, but not required
