Krafthead Kreations began in March of 2010! It started from a passion of handmade cards and evolved into something greater! I offer embroidery services as well as digital transfer of your images to various items such as travel mugs, tablet/phone cases, and so much more! I put my love into every order!

General information

We accept orders by phone, email and direct message! To place an order by email, or direct message, please leave a detailed note of what you are looking for, color scheme and as much information as you can possibly provide to customize your order. If ordering by phone and I am unable to answer, please leave a detailed message and I will respond as soon as possible to go over order details. All orders must be paid with a down payment of 60% (non-refundable) or in FULL PRIOR to starting an order. An invoice will be sent electronically to your inbox. If a down payment was made, the remaining 40% must be paid within 14 days of the original payment or two days prior to delivery (which ever comes first). No exceptions! Please note, large custom orders can take up to two to four weeks for delivery!However, most orders are completed within 10 business days! The projected completion date will be communicated during the consultation period. Progression of your order will be communicated through email.
