Review number 2: Stayed here with a group of 10 for a weekend - three couples and four individuals. We stayed here to go wine tasting in Charlottesville, but the space was so nice we spent most of the time in the house! There was more than enough space for all of us, everything was in great condition and very clean, and we had all the amenities (toilet paper, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) we needed. For others considering wine tasting in Charlottesville - it is definitely a solid hour + to get there, so plan on spending the whole day in town (which we did, and it was fine). It rained the entire weekend, so we weren't able to use the fire pit, kayaks, or porch, and it was a little too early in the season for us to use the fireplace, but we would definitely stay here again during warmer (or colder) weather. Would recommend!

Here is a review from one of our recent guest: Lake Anna in November is beautiful and staying at Shore Beats Work was comfortable and centrally located for all different kinds of things to do. Lots of antique stores and other unique shopping. We had ample room and cooking was fun and easy in the well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. I can only image how nice this home would be for summer fun with Lake Anna out the back door. Maybe we will get to find out.

New to the rental market in Lake Anna VA. This is a waterfront property, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, private boat dock, fully furnished with all the amenities (including all linens; kitchen, bath and bed), sleeps 10-14, large circular driveway with plenty of parking, WiFi and Direct TV, fire pit down by the water, lower level patio as well as a deck area above. The only thing missing is you. Because being at Lake Anna "Shore Beats Work".
