​Remodeled in 2021, this 2BR, 2BA condo located at The Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort includes all the necessities for a relaxing beach or tennis getaway. The second bedroom also houses a king-size bed and a private bath. Both bedrooms have flat screen, smart televisions. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four counter stools and opens up to the dining and living areas with

views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and in the living area for everyone. The dining table seats six adults comfortably and the large sectional sofa opens to a queen-size bed for extra accommodations. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You may also enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the sizable, private balcony overlooking the resort which has views of the gulf. Guests have exclusive access to a private, heated pool and a hot tub at The Summit. Both are only steps away from the condo, or you may use the heated beachfront pool and hot tub available for all guests of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Additionally, for those who enjoy grilling, there are two grills available poolside at The Summit. The beach is just a short 200-yard walk. Two beach chairs and a large beach umbrella is provided for guests. However, the resort also offers beach service for an additional fee. Tops'l is a quiet, family resort with 600-feet of private beachfront and is located directly next to a nature preserve that provides four miles of protected beach for peaceful, long walks. Free shuttle service is available throughout and to nearby Baytowne Wharf. The Summit is located only minutes away from The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Shops at Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, world class fishing, golfing and countless other attractions.
