Playa Amore is a new luxurious townhome in the La Terrazza development in Miramar Beach, Florida. La Terrazza is a Mediterranean Inspired Villa directly across the street from the beach. The restaurants at 30-A are also a short drive from Miramar Beach. As you enter the home, you will immediately notice the gorgeous white marble floors and spa blue walls. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. This gorgeous townhome has the perfect entryway to store your beach bags and flip flops. After a fun filled day at the beach, kick off your shoes and come relax in the open airy living room. The living room has a luxurious coastal feel and a 70 inch Sony television to watch your favorite movie or show. The townhome has high end finishes and an elegant ambience. The kitchen has granite tops and all stainless steel appliances. The bar area seats 4 and the dining table seats 8. The kitchen is also stocked with all you need to create a delicious gourmet meal from one of Destin’s fabulous fish markets. You can also grill your dinner on the gorgeous terrace, directly off the dining area. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The terrace also has a place to rinse off after coming in from the sand. Downstairs, there is a bedroom on the left complete with King Size Bed, 40 inch television, blu ray player, desk (if you want to catch up on work), and private closet. The full bath is across the hall and is shared with the downstairs living area. It has a stand up marble shower and single vanity. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom, double vanities and a luxurious stand up marble shower. The master also has a large walk in closet, 40 inch television and blu ray player. There is also a bunk room that sleeps 6 with 3 full size bunks, as well as a 40 inch television, blu ray player, gaming console, and walk in closet. It also has an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with a large stand up shower, 40 inch television, blu ray player and walk in closet. There is also a large linen closet upstairs, as well as the laundry room. For your protection and peace of mind the unit has Bedbug encasements for all mattresses and pillows. In addition, all of our linens including duvets are laundered after each guest checkout, so you can feel secure your linens are clean.
