Cleaning fee - $80

Extended stay discount - 10% off the total room rental for any stays of 10 days or more.
Deposit - 25% deposit to hold your dates (not to exceed $500) with the balance due the start of the month before.
Cancellation - 100% of the reservation will be refundable if canceled more than a month in advance.
50% will be refunded if canceled more than 2 weeks before but less than a month before the
reservation. Within 2 weeks there will be no refunds.
