Ready for a weekend get away? The 2 story cabin is nestled in the Ouachita Mountains. Come Be Our Guest! A two bedroom,two bath cabin. You can walk to the Ouachita River from the cabin. Very peaceful place to stay. The cabin is equipped with all appliances to make your self at home! Come Be Our Guest!

Policy

No pets

No smoking, parties, or events

~RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER ~If additional property damage is done more than the $500 refundable damage deposit fee, the renter will be obligated to pay the amount of the damage. ~On holidays, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's there is a 3 Night Minimum Stay. ~The cabin is not child proofed and does have stairs, please watch your children closely.

You must also acknowledge

Dangerous animals on property - Cabin is located in the Ouachita National Forest...all Forest Animals.

Amenity limitations - Hot water is limited to time between showers. The microwave or hair dyer needs to ran alone.

Must climb stairs - One Flight of Stairs to get to One bedroom.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
