Pinnacle Memory Care is an Iowa licensed "Specialize" Memory Care (RCF) facility in a true "Home" environment, providing 24/7 premium care for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson, etc. Specializing in Memory Care in a warm "home' environment, Pinnacle Memory Care provides the most one-on-one care and interaction for each of our six residents. Our dietary home-cooked meals are specifica

lly tailored for those with memory challenges, served family style, with a lot of talk and laughter around the dining table. Our residents comment daily on the wonderful meals, with visitors often asking if they can stay for the meal as it "smells so good"! Even our living room is cozy, where the residents spend time talking while listening to a wide variety of TV shows, nature programs, movies, travel and musical specials with "Wheel of Fortune" being a staple of week day viewing. Interaction with the staff is constant, with each resident continuously encouraged to remain active and engaged. Various activities tailored to each residents abilities is encouraged daily, with some activities being inclusive of all our residents. Question: Did Pinnacle Memory Care lock-down during the CoVid pandemic?

Answer: Though Pinnacle did take significant precautions, Pinnacle did NOT have to lock-down during CoVid. Which means our residents were able to see their family members throughout the time when others were in total isolation. Pinnacle knows that isolation from family members, husband, wife, children,that our residents have been with all their lives, will cause irreparable mental harm. At Pinnacle, we are focused on providing a positive environment that allows our residents joy, contentment and peace of mind.

Pinnacle is a Specialized Memory Care Home that provides a completely different approach to caring for individuals with Dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson or other cognitive concerns. We provide continuous one-on-one interaction, in a home environment, with meals tailored specifically for our residents.
You will work with up to six residents, providing exceptional care, plus cognitive and physical interaction.
You need to have a passion to care for individuals that maybe in advanced stages of dementia.
Pinnacle is willing to train if you do not have a current CNA certificate or experience in health care.
Some part-time is available, 2nd and 3rd shift.

At Pinnacle Memory Care, we only hire individuals who are impassioned about providing premium care for residents that have dementia/Alzheimer's/Parkinson's or other cognitive diagnosis.

Caring for residents with dementia/Alzheimer's/Parkinson's and other cognitive diagnosis is the only thing we do at Pinnacle.

We are a skilled care facility, which means we provide care for residents at all levels of physical/mental needs within the scope of Dementia.

We provide very specific, continuous education and training for Dementia and related illnesses, along with best practices and care for each residents.

You will interact with our administrative staff daily. Your professional observation and input matters here at Pinnacle.
