This unforgettable 2 story beach house features: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 huge wrap around decks with unobstructed views of the ocean, a large living area and kitchen. It is the perfect home to host your family vacation, or the perfect getaway for a quiet retreat.

This house is all about location, location, location. It is positioned at the far Southern end of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, sitting on a spacious corner lot, with the most unbelievable views of the ocean. You do not even need to leave the decks, to feel like you are relaxing on the beach.

There are two wrap around decks on the house, with full unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. The decks are equipped with new, high quality outdoor furniture to give you and your guests a place to relax and enjoy the ocean views and sea breezes. The lower level deck has been updated to allow you to enjoy the outdoor living space during inclement weather.

The house is raised on stilts, which allows for parking underneath the home. Also there is a Hot/Cold Shower at the base of the stairs, to allow you to wash off the sea and sand after a fun day on the beach.

There are 5 bedrooms in the house. Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the remaining bedroom has two bunkbeds. One of the bunk beds has twin size mattresses and the other bunk bed has a twin size top mattress and a full size bottom mattress. The four bedrooms with queen size beds have direct access to the decks with french doors/sliding glass doors. The bedroom with bunk beds does not have direct access to the decks. There are TVs in all of the bedrooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms being located upstairs.

There are 3 full bathrooms in the house. All three have a combination tub with shower head, toilet and sink. One bathroom is located on the first floor with the remaining two being located upstairs.

There is a large kitchen on the first floor. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven with range). There is a large island that provides additional counter space or dining area. There are two dining room tables that extend off of the kitchen. The wall facing the ocean that extends from the kitchen to the living area, is compromised of windows that allow you to appreciate the oceanfront location of the house.

The living area features 3 large sofas and a large flat screen television, to enjoy after long day of fun in the sun. The living area also has a cozy reading nook with two rocking chairs and a sound system.

The house also has a washer and a dryer located on the first floor.

The house is equipped with two heat pumps (one for each floor) and is filled with celling fans to keep the house comfortable during your stay.

There is cable service to all TVs in the house.

The house also features high speed wireless internet.

This is truly a unique property that you have to see to appreciate.
