New outdoor shower added with hot & cold water to rinse yourself off when you get back from the beach. Also, added new solar deck lights around the bottom of the porch and on the deck post.

Added new white rocks to the driveway, and put out some fresh black mulch. Getting her all spruced up for sweet sweet summer, and no trees to contend with this summer, just a fresh concrete patio to enjoy!

3 bedroom 2 bath ground level house that sleeps 7
No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping inside. Must be 25 to rent and the person 25 and older must stay onsite the entire stay of the rental. You must provide your own linens/blankets, and towels. If you wish I can provide you with contacts of places you can contact to rent them.

Concrete parking in the driveway for two cars, covered & uncovered porch for your relaxation. Outdoor security cameras for your protection and peace of mind. New HVAC system, hardwood & waterproof LVL flooring throughout. Full size washer & dryer in Master Bath. Large Flatscreen TV in the living room, and flatscreen TV’s in all bedrooms. WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, ice & water in the refrigerator door. Recently remodeled, no golf cart, but you can bring your own electric cart or rent one from Ocean Lakes.

Parking is in addition to our rental fee and is payable to Ocean Lakes. Parking fees are $15 a day per car if you chose not to do express check in. If you do Express check in the fee is $12 a day per car must be paid to Ocean Lakes at least 10 days prior to your arrival to get this discount. This is an Ocean Lakes rule and not mine as the homeowner.

This is a private rental by me the homeowner and has no affiliation with Ocean Lakes.

Please PM me to book. We do require a $400 refundable damage/no violation security deposit in addition to our weekly rental fee. Our signed rental agreement and the refundable security deposit will reserve your stay, with the remaining balance due at least 30 or more days before your arrival.

We just installed a brand new central unit today, March 1. We also have new vinyl plank floors going down this week, electrical service was just upgraded in September of 2020. Very clean and well maintained home away from home. Walls just repainted August of 2020 along with shiplap ceilings installed in the master bath.

We offer concrete parking for 2 cars, gas grill, covered and uncovered porch for your relaxation, extended cable, turbo WiFi, outdoor security cameras for your protection and peace of mind, full size washer and dryer, flat screens in all bedrooms and a large flat screen in the living room, ice and water in the refrigerator door, hardwood and vinyl plank flooring throughout, no smoking or va**ng, and no pets.

You must provide your own sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels. If you would like to rent those for an additional fee we can provide you with a list of people who offer this service.

This is a private rental by me the homeowner. Rental fee and refundable damage/cleaning security deposit is payable to me.

Parking is in addition to our rental fee and is payable to Ocean Lakes. New for this year if you do express check in the parking stays the same at $10 a day per car. If you choose to get your pass when you arrive the fee is $12 a day per car.

We will resume September hours on Monday, which are Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM with slides closed. On Saturday - Sunday from 10 AM - 6 PM with slides open. The Outdoor and Indoor Pools will be open on Monday - Saturday from 9 AM - 9 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 9 PM.

Good News!!!!! We have updated one of our full size beds to a queen, and purchased a newer golf cart for this summer.

We now have two queen size beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. Please remember one of the queen beds is a sleeper sofa, with a memory foam mattress.
