The house is located in the Holiday Inn Section with only a short walk to the beach and just down the street from the Nature Center. It faces Sand Dollar Lake with no houses in front of it to block your view. There are r

ocking chairs on the deck and under the house for you to enjoy. There is also a laundry facility located by the “Sandy Mart” if you need to wash clothes while on vacation. This is a NON-smoking residence and NO pets are allowed for our guests with allergies. It sleeps 8 with:
3 bedrooms - 2 queen, 1 full, & 1 queen sleeper
2 baths
Large deck & parking area
Gas grill - Rocking chairs
Central Air & Heat
Cable TV - den & each bedroom

There is so much fun awaiting you at Ocean Lakes! Within the campground there is a camptown store, recreation center, mini golf, fresh spring water, laundromat, 2 snack bars, 2 playgrounds, 3 swimming pools, basketball courts, just to name a few. ***We will continue to use a cleaning service to take care of the cleaning upon your departure. This has worked great for everyone! The amount for the cleaning service is already included in the rates you see below. So, take the stress out of your vacation and leave the cleaning to us! Just relax and enjoy yourself & your family!***

Our rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. The state of SC is now requiring us to add a combined total of 11% tax to each rental (sales tax, state & local accommodations tax, education tax, & hospitality tax).

2016 Rates are:

Prime Season ( Memorial Day thru Labor Day)
$1747.00 per week (Rate includes cleaning fee)

Off Season (After Labor Day until Memorial Day)
$1047.00 per week (Rate includes cleaning fee)
