We are on the 1st floor which is great! You don’t have to wait on elevators, if you don’t like because only one set of entrance stairs and you are a very short walk to the pool, beach, parking garage, bbq area, etc! Plus, you are above a storage area for the condos that isn’t public which means you only have a neighbor above and on one wall being a corner unit. Also, we are on the side that only has a grass area in front so no one distracts you from your beautiful view!

We were up there not long ago stocking it with more beach stuff for the family like boogie boards, beach cart, umbrellas, more chairs, toys, games, highchair, pack-n-play, etc… it also comes with seasonal beach service (large umbrella and two lounge chairs) set up for our guests daily as we pay for the extra service. We have 3 boys so, we put extra things too, because we know what it’s like to have to buy that stuff and haul it home.
