Prerequisite: Participants have attended at least one sensory awareness session with the Foundation on Saturday, or a class with any leader world-wide. Feel free to attend my drop-in class on Wednesday @ 4:30 pm, or Thursday @ 1:00 pm to fulfill the requirement.

Spend Monday honoring yourself, with ease and well-being, by slowing down to cultivate the most important relationship of your life. Get to know yourself in slow motion to investigate the multiple layers of your being.

We will have sessions together and apart, then, together to share our discoveries. A dynamic and comprehensive time is promised weaving sensory awareness into wakeful continuity throughout the day with ease, kindness, and connection in community.
