Looking forward to brighter and happy summer days ahead.......
We have begun the process in our planning phases for the re-opening of The Little Wine Bus, The Little Beer Bus, Hudson Valley Beer Trail Tours and Hudson Valley Wine Country Tours. We will keep everyone posted on how we will continue through end of June and through the fall based on the CDC recommendations and guidelines.. I am truly humbled, I am grateful, I am proud, yet, still extremely emotional beyond belief on how 100% of my guests have been so compassionate and so kind to me, so understanding, and just so so flexible in this horrible era in rescheduling their wonderful tours.. Those who could not reschedule asap, are happy to have a credit they can use at a later date AND that will never expire EVER ......so they have something to look forward to in the safe future....... They will be getting perks from me no doubt for their kindness that we have discussed! :-) 🍷🍷🍷😍😍💪💪👍👍

My tour manager, Kyla and I, had a great time sipping and trying various FABULOUS beers 2 weeks ago at the new and 2nd location for Industrial Arts Brewery in Beacon! MY GAWDDDDD The beers are so amazing and so delicious that I am amazed! Kyla is also a long time fan of their beer. We were welcomed and greeted with warmth and quality time with the manager and staff.

The Little Wine Bus, The Little Beer Bus, Hudson Valley Beer Trail and Hudson Valley Wine Country is postponing all tours until we are back in action and group travel is deemed safe, or ok by health officials. Safety of our guests is our #1 priority and we will survive this and tourism will flourish once again. I contacted almost everyone booked with a personal phone call, and I thank you all.
I went through the crash of the travel and tourism industry during 9-11, and I just took my Certified Meeting Professional exam. During that sad and horrific time, I saw travel & tourism go obsolete, and there was sheer panic and fear for some time. Yes, it was very scary, but New Yorker's stick together, work together, come together, and I watched the industry bounce back and everyone rebuild together. It took some time, but it was ok, and it will be ok once again.
My heart truly breaks for all the lives lost, my friends in Palermo and Italy, my valued partners and suppliers, who are losing their income, my employees above all, and my friends who are losing their jobs and all the beautiful future brides and grooms whose weddings, bachelorette and bachelor parties & Hudson Valley weekend adventures were all cancelled in the next 4 weeks. We are praying things get better, and fast. I am however, so extremely grateful and thankful for all the buses and repeat clients that have rescheduled with us already at later dates in late spring, summer and fall. We are offering beautiful and generous incentives for re-bookers as a thank you for re-booking. 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️🍷🍷🍷 Be well, stay safe, be smart, and we will all be in beautiful Hudson Valley Wine Country and along the Hudson Valley Beer Trail with you soon. What a fantastic and amazing high-end "super" corporate event from NYC. Hosting one of the largest television networks in the country is such an honor...:-) Thank you especially to everyone at Magnanini Winery and Hudson Ale Works for bending over backwards to produce an fabulous (5) star experience as always all around! The Italian lunch at Magnanini was so delicious! Our events are getting larger & and our brand is growing strong! The best year ever as we are in year 13!

Hudson Valley Wine Country " BUZZ" worthy news! City Winery in Montgomery, on the Wallkill river and falls is going to be beyond huge, fabulous and amazing! Tasting room so far set to open end of October. I had a tour, learned about the property and all the huge plans and I am super excited!
Here are a few teaser highlites: a massive double fireplace in the main tasting room that can hold 120 people, meeting/wedding/venue space the can accommodate over 400 guests, a hotel connected, food, as well as catered food for group and bus lunches, conference space, vineyards, large patios, awesome bar downstairs with original motif, unique decor, and a gigantic parking lot that can hold at least 10 to 15 buses. The are on wedding wire and booking weddings already! The Little and BIG wine buses will be rolling in this fall! Cheers!

A BIG Thank you to Glorie Farm Winery and W**ds Winery for taking 6 and 7 buses and vans a day for the past 3 weeks for The Little Wine Bus in this horrid heat, as organizing a 10 Bus & Van weekend is the hardest part of my job! But we will get up to 12 to 15 buses a weekend soon! LOL. We are already there....
Also a big thank you to Whitecliff Winery, Keegan Ales, Hudson Ale Works, Bad Seed Cider Company, Palaia Winery, Brotherhood Winery, Newburgh Brewing, MillHouse Brewing Co., Nostrano Vineyards, Maganini Winery & Millbrook Vineyards, as they bent over backwards to accommodate everyone with a smile as well in this heat! We all work so hard for our guests. Also, air conditioning is so beyond critical for business in these cruel summers that are getting hotter each year. Cheers to all and thank you all!

Great news! After 12 years we will no longer be telling guests that we are "SOLD OUT" as we are...... time and time and time again with 7 to 8 buses running a day, like the past 3 weeks! We know we have disappointed so many people over the years because we just could not handle all the volume, so Instead I have vamped up my hiring process, decided to expand my brand, and we will soon be able take on 10-12 buses and tours a weekend! YES! Wow, yes, it's going to be VERY CHALLENGING, but with the right employees and solid team and flexibility of all the people who love us, we will do amazing! 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏👍👍🚌

Every year, for 12 years straight now, Doc, one of the owners of The Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery sits down with me privately, and says, " Tania, how are things? How are we doing here at the winery this year for you & your groups? Are we doing a good job? Is there anything we can do better, or do you have any feedback for us?" As every year, we always have a quick small chat and it keeps us on the same page, and if anything needs to be discussed, we discuss it there. It's usually nothing, as like so many of my amazing suppliers, they go above and beyond for me and my groups and provide 5 star service for us always and are flexible and open minded. We all know that every weekend cannot be perfect, and none of us are perfect, but this year, as I get older and wiser, I realized just how extremely important and utterly powerful a 10 minute conversation/ or a quick sit down & catch-up like this can mean for a strong and healthy business relationship. I myself, will be adapting this amazing and smart business etiquette in the near future with my suppliers, I do have over 100, so it may take some time. Thank you so much WVW for teaching me a lifelong valuable leadership skill that I believe will go very very far, and I am so thankful for all you do for us always. 👍👍👍 Cheers, Tania and The Little Wine Bus.

When working in the travel industry in NYC, I worked side by side & many many overtime nights, (with no overtime pay BTW) until 9pm at night sometimes... for one of the most influential, smartest & powerful woman in Travel in New York City...... Red pen cross offs for me, over and over and over again.... until it was perfect,...... changes, demands, changes, demands, more big big red pen lines, the itineraries we changed 100 times + over and over again........ this is how I learned to "perfect", a perfect "well oiled" & perfect travel itinerary...... The last itinerary I helped work on was hiding JFK's family from the media when JFK Junior's plane went down........ Yes, true....I learned she was named by Travel and Leisure as one of the Top 10 Travel Agents in the entire world! WOW!!! and I learned from her.... Being tough, but fair is DEF ok! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
