Upstate Family Transport is a provider of low cost, luxury bus transportation to New York State Correctional Facilities. We provide round-trip service from New York City to Auburn, Five Points, Cayuga, Willard, Elmira and Southport Correctional Facilities for weekend visits. Unlike other smaller van and shuttle bus services in New York, our service is owned and operated by people who know first-ha
nd what it feels like to have incarcerated loved ones. This service is designed to provide a convenient, low cost and safe method of transportation for families and friends of inmates in New York prisons. As part of our commitment to affordability, you’ll notice that our prices are as much as $15 or $20 cheaper than other companies who provide a similar service and that we offer a myriad of discounts and incentives to reward our customers for their loyalty.
