Beautiful free public beach only 1 block away! No beach tags required. Super fun legendary Wildwood boardwalk only six blocks away. Assigned parking limited to 1 car per Unit. Guests are required to bring towels, paper products and toiletries. Linens provided. Outdoor heated pool is available from 10AM to 8PM (** June-Aug only**). Pool is only open weekends through Sept. Children 12 years old and under entry only with an adult. After returning from the beach, sand must be washed off before entering the pool or the condo. Outdoor shower located poolside. No loud noise after 10:00 PM, please be considerate to others residents. Strict Maximum occupancy is 6 people including children.
