IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION -
New United Kingdom Visa Requirements Effective January 2025

The United Kingdom will be implementing a new regulation requiring all travelers who do not hold a passport to the United Kingdom or Ireland, to obtain an electronic visa, known as the UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), to enter the UK by air or sea.
This will be required for all guests embarking and/or disembarking from the UK, as well as ports of call to the destination.

This requirement will take effect on January 8, 2025, for all non-European nationalities that do not already require a visa, and on April 2, 2025, for all European nationalities.

If you are traveling to England and/or sailing on a cruise that departs from the UK, please read this communication in its entirety to ensure you are in compliance.

Failure to present the United Kingdom Electronic Travel
Authorization (ETA) at embarkation, as outlined below, will result in denial of boarding.

IMPORTANT DATES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-EUROPEAN TRAVELERS
Effective January 8, 2025, the United Kingdom will require all travelers of non-European nationality who do not hold a United Kingdom or Ireland passport to present the UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for entry by air or sea.

NEXT STEPS FOR NON-EUROPEAN TRAVELERS
Beginning on November 27, 2024, electronic visa applications will open for non-European nationalities. If a visa is required, guests are
encouraged to apply by visiting https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta.

IMPORTANT DATES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR EUROPEAN TRAVELERS
Effective April 2, 2025, all travelers of European nationality who do not hold a United Kingdom or Ireland passport will also need to present the UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for entry by air or sea.

NEXT STEPS FOR EUROPEAN TRAVELERS
Beginning on March 5, 2025, electronic visa applications will open for European nationalities. If a visa is required, guests are encouraged to apply by visiting https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note, the visa can take up to three business days to obtain. As such, guests are strongly encouraged to begin the application
process as soon as it becomes available. If your country currently requires a visa to enter the UK, this requirement remains unchanged. The ETA, priced at £10 per application, will be issued electronically and will remain valid for two years or until the associated passport expires, allowing for multiple entries into the UK during this period.
