Renovation is almost done. Just need window treatments, backsplash, and a good cleaning! Then decorations go back up and we should be ready to rock the renewed beach again.

New windows set in place and new siding in progress. It's starting to look like the Golfin Dolphin again!

New deck looks great! New windows, doors and siding installation starts next week (when weather should warm up.

Here is the "before " photo. In a few weeks the big renovation starts, and what you see will all be new by end of January. New decks, doors and siding outside, and new flooring inside. Best of all, the leaks and wood rot will be gone 🤞.
