Over the last few weeks, we’ve had an outpouring of friends and family members messaging us asking us general questions about exactly what we do and don’t do. So we wanted to take the chance to answer everyone’s questions here and now. Here goes!

Q: Do you just book Disney trips?
A: Nope, we can help you plan and book all different types of Vacations. We can do Universal Studios, All Inclusive resorts, all major Cruise Lines, hotels of all brands, and yes, that includes locally.

Q: How much do you cost?
A: Our services are at ZERO cost to you. You don’t pay us a single dollar. The price you pay through us is exactly what you pay had you booked through Disney, Carnival, etc. directly.

Q: Wait, how do you guys get paid?
A: We get paid directly through the supplier you book through. There is a tiny percentage built into the cost of all trips and if you book online through Universal Studios or Royal Caribbean, they pocket that extra money. So by booking through us, you’re supporting a small, local business.

Q: Why should I book through you? What kind of services come with booking through your company?
A: When it comes to Disney, we are experts! By booking through us you will have our expertise at your fingertips to bounce all of your questions and ideas off of. We know which parks will be busiest on which days, we will book your dining reservations 60 days prior to your check in date for you and let you know which character meals are where. We’ll guide you through getting Virtual Ques, navigating Genie+ and most efficient transportation options. We know the tricks to get that Cinderella Castle photo op without anyone in the background. We will do the research and shop the prices for you to find you the best deal for your budget. When it comes to all other travel plans, again, we will price everything out, provide you with some options and confirm the reservation for you. We’ve traveled to quite a few places and know which islands and hotels to avoid.
