We are not Realtors and will never just sell you a home that does not meet your needs

or expectations. We work with a licensed Realtor and the purchase of your home becomes our purchase and if we found something we wouldn't like as buyers we would pass this info to you with photographic evidence. For example - North facing pool, backing onto trailer park, etc. Our service is certainly unique but can be very essential judging by the purchase mistakes we have witnessed over many years from people who have bought based on pictures and not much else. I was given inaccurate information when I made my purchase in 2004 and it was only when I spoke to many people who had similar experiences that I decided that this was a niche market that could protect people when making such a huge financial outlay to get the very best bang for their buck!! We have now extended our service to include managing refurbishment in your absence and design and furniture. All bespoke to your likes and with the objective in mind. Vacation homes are normally themed as we believe that when someone visits this magical place we are lucky enough to call home, they deserve to feel the magic the minute they walk into your home! Happy vacationers are repeat vacationers! We also have interest that our client who buy are successful in renting and help them out way after their purchase. It is our privilege to have become good friends with many of the people who have bought from us!

We sourced the home below for our First Clients. We went from looking at two 3 bed vacation homes to recommending 1 larger property and ended up buying in one of the most prestigious areas, Dr Phillips in Orlando. We spent many happy times with our buyers, who are now firm friends, in this property. We hope that its new owners will enjoy the happiness and love that the previous owners enjoyed.
