White Stone Meat Packing offers service to small family farmers & ranchers who wish to market their livestock directly to consumers by providing them our USDA inspected Mobile Harvest Unit. We are very pleased to have a partnership with the local Central Coast Agriculture Cooperative to provide this state of the art processing unit to our community. The mobile harvest unit enables us to come directly to you to process your meat! This allows “on farm” slaughtering of animals (beef, pork, lamb, wild game, etc.). The carcasses would then be transported to our USDA facility in Paso Robles for further cutting and packaging. This type of local processing provides farmers and ranchers the opportunity to have their meat cut to their specifications.
