We traveled to Sandals Ochi in January. For this trip, we decided to fly into Kingston to experience if there was a big difference in travel time to Ocho Rios but it was about the same. Travel time from either airport is about 2 hours. Our first stop was Club Kingston which is a special add-on service available at both airports. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who escorted us through immigration and then led us to the lounge for refreshments. Beer, rum punch, other drinks and snacks were available. We were then taken by shuttle to Sandals Ochi with one other couple, about a 2-hour ride.

Our room was a one-bedroom butler village suite with semi-private pool. This particular room was located up the hill a little way with a beautiful view of the ocean.

🇯🇲🏝Sandals Montego Bay 🇯🇲🏝- Sandals flagship resort, established in 1981, and the resort with the most returning guests. Also, our personal favorite!

Located just 7 minutes from the Montego Bay, Jamaica airport, this newly renovated property is beautiful and lively, easy to navigate, and has a long stretch of walkable beach. There is so much to do from pool volleyball and daily beach games to karaoke and live shows at night. This resort has 12 restaurant options as well as exchange privileges with Sandals Royal Caribbean, located just minutes away.

Sandals Royal Plantation is the smallest of the Sandals brands with only 74 rooms. All 74 of these suites include butler service, making this an all-butler suite resort. Guests who visit this resort often return over and over.

Located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, this resort also has privileges at Sandals Ochi where you can access their restaurants and amenities. This is a quiet resort, no loud music on the beach, you can come here and truly relax and be spoiled.

Later this week, we are heading to the beautiful island of Jamaica to stay at Sandals Ochi and Sandals Montego Bay. These 2 resorts have always been at the top of our list for different reasons. Both are very lively and have tons of things to do!
