The living room is a great place to entertain friends, with a 65-inch flatscreen TV and plenty of seating. All 4 upstairs TVs have Apple TV with Spectrum cable app, and high speed internet and wifi. The family chef will love spending time in the well-appointed full kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of storage for all your vacation staples. After preparing a delicious meal, serve up to 12 people at the dining table. You'll have plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone, with three bedrooms and a guest bath upstairs and a large fourth bedroom downstairs, plus a gaming area for the little ones with arcade game machine and a Nintendo classic addition ready to play. . The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes, so you can even afford to pack light for your trip! A commercial ice machine is also in garage for renters use. Outside, the kids will have a blast romping around the enclosed yard and swimming in the private pool, and the outdoor bar area includes a grill and water misters to cool off with on those hot summer days.
