If you like excellent food, diverse cultures, heartfelt stories and building community then come to one of our refugee dinners this winter. These evenings are filled with reality and inspiration. All of the money we raise goes directly to the family. It’s a wonderful way to make a donation and have an incredible evening. I have 4 spots open for our upcoming Monday 11/4 dinner plus dinners on 12/10 + 1/28. Message me to let me know which date and how many people will attend.

Come and play at our Alberta Street rentals. High gear is our 4 bedroom & low gear has 3 bedrooms. Or can be rented together at the same time to create a 7 bedroom property. September is my favorite month in Oregon. Sit out with a coffee under the maple tree in the morning for a sweet way to start your day! We can’t wait to host you!

Portland friends! We have 2 refugee dinners scheduled. 9/9/24 & 11/4/24. Both are Syrian food and mouth watering delicious. These are a wonderful way to support local refugee families. All money raised goes to them & they get to shine their culture onto you. These evenings are a beautiful way for us to come together and listen to stories that both break your heart and give you hope. “When we dare to listen, we remember that there is no “other,” there is only us, and what we have in common will always be greater than what separates us.”-Catherine Burns.

This Saturday July 13th is the street fair!! 10am-9pm. It’s the largest street fair in Portland and filled with local vendors, 4 music stages & a bbq rib off. We love this hopping street fair.

LAST THURSDAY is on!!! June 27th from 6 to 9 PM between Northeast 15th and Northeast 30th. The street will be closed to automobiles and transformed to a wonderful neighborhood festival. There will be a kids corner, live music, food, vendors, and talented local artisans. This is such a fun and interesting street fair to check out!

I have new REFUGEE DINNER dates! April 18th & May 20th are 2 new dinners. If you are in Portland and looking for a wonderful evening filled with DELICIOUS FOOD, interesting people and heart warming stories- this is for you! All of the money raised goes directly to the refugee family- so it's a great way to directly help people. I think of the evenings as an intimate Ted Talk with yummy food. It’s a perfect time of year for a spa day. A few of our favorite places to enjoy….Knott Springs (). Fun place to go with a group. Gorgeous esthetics in an urban setting. Sante Spa (.wellness) is good for some quiet solo time. The Society Hotel (- Bingen, WA 90 mins from Portland). A great way to spend a day out of the city. Go for a hike, lunch and then a soak in the beautiful Columbia Gorge!

Someone asked me why I love hospitality…..I love creating spaces that are warm and inviting. I love sharing our secret tips about what we adore in Oregon.
